Tengku Shahrizanny is responsible for managing KHR office in Kota Bharu. He holds a Bachelor in Accountancy from UKM and graduated from UiTM Shah Alam with Master in Business Administration.

He joined KHR upon graduation in 1994 and was attached to the Kuala Lumpur office where he rose through the ranks to the position of Audit Senior.

In 1997 he was entrusted to manage the-then newly established Kota Bharu office. Tengku Shahrizanny is a member of the Malaysian Association of Tax Accountants (MATA) , Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and CPA Australia.

Shamil, a UiTM law graduate, commenced his legal career in Kota Damansara, specializing in General Corporate, Fintech, and Regulatory Compliance. With a robust background in mergers, acquisitions, and industry-specific licensing, he collaborated with diverse local and international clients.

Offering counsel to startups and SMEs, Shamil excels in fundraising, joint ventures, and share transactions, including drafting shareholders' agreements, overseeing franchising/licensing arrangements, handling MyIPO and Company Secretary (CoSec). Notably, he co-counseled for Malaysia's leading used-car platform, navigating regulatory compliance and fundraising. Shamil's international exposure spans assignments in India, Indonesia, Malta, Slovenia, and Singapore, covering overseas asset acquisitions, license procurement, and company formations.

Datuk Zainal Abidin bin Jaffar was born on April 22, 1958, in Johor, Malaysia. He is a former Deputy Director General (Human Development) of the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (Jakim). After retiring, he remained active in the Halal industry through the establishment of his company, Zajas Sdn Bhd.

Datuk Zainal Abidin received his early education at Selandar National School, Melaka, followed by secondary education at Sultan Muhammad Religious Secondary School, Batu Berendam, Melaka, and Kelang Islamic College . He earned a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Islamic Studies (Sharia) from UKM.

This distinguished individual has dedicated his post-retirement years to contributing to the Halal industry, showcasing his ongoing commitment to Islamic development.
